“From what we get, we can make a living; what we give, however, makes a life.” ~ Arthur Ashe

Job Oppurtunities

Many have moved from the Democratic Republic of Congo to other parts of the globe to seek a better life and lifestyle. We have many Congolese doctors, engineers, business men, artist, etc., all around, extending from the united stated to Europe down to Australia. Not only does each person have something about them that makes them special but each culture as well. Whatever is special about us, we should share with the world and give back to it. There are currenly many people doing so but in this case you can't have too many. We would like to equip the people with resources that they need, but we would also like to pay these people a decent wage.

We would like to pay the teachers, transporters and house mothers of 4Congo that are on base a decent living wage that compensates the overall compensation of the Congo. Regularly, teachers alone only make up to $30-$50 monthly and that amount isn’t guaranteed every month. We would like to tell them a worthy pay, starting at $80 monthly and increasing with certain incentives. Here in the USA, we lose great teachers due to bad pay, well... the same thing happens overseas. The mothers of house will be held responsible for order of the house hold should be paid a fair wage as well. That number will be dependent on the number of people per household. Everyone in the Congo that takes action in helping this organization in anyway will be compensated because it’s important to put the power back in the people. We work for the people who work for the people.

“At the end of life we will not be judged by how many diplomas we have received, how much money we have made, how many great things we have done. We will be judged by ‘I was hungry and you gave me to eat, I was naked and you clothed me, I was homeless and you took me in.’ Hungry not only for bread — but hungry for love. Naked not only for clothing — but naked for human dignity and respect. Homeless not only for want of a room of bricks — but homeless because of rejection.”
~ Mother Teresa
